The Film Schedule screen in Convoy Cinema is a read-only view of your cinema's showtimes across all screens. Use it to check what's playing and when, in either a single-day or full-week layout, and to open the details of any individual session. Reach it from the Schedule link in the top bar.
Before you start
- You must be signed in — see Signing In.
- The subtitle reads "View showtimes for all screens". This screen does not create or edit showtimes — scheduling is managed at head office.
How to view the schedule
- Open Schedule from the top bar.
- Use the toolbar to:
- Change the date.
- Switch between Day and Week view.
- Refresh the showtimes.
- Showtimes are laid out per screen; each film is color-coded, and the legend below the grid maps colors to film titles.
- Click any showtime to open its session details.
Day vs. week view
- Day view shows all screens' showtimes for the selected date, with a time axis. Times display in 12-hour or 24-hour format depending on your cinema settings.
- Week view shows the whole week across screens.
The default view and time format come from your cinema settings (timezone, default showtime view, and film schedule view), loaded automatically.
Session details
Clicking a showtime opens the session dialog with that showtime's information. Close it to return to the grid.
States
- Loading showtimes… appears while data loads.
- "No showtimes found — There are no showtimes scheduled for this date." shows when the selected date is empty.
- An error banner ("Error loading schedule") appears if the data can't be fetched; use Refresh.
